This offer should be on in asda this morning, but the multi is missing off asda dotcom and mysupermarket for me.

They would compare to !!!!!! at £1 a pack. They should be 2 for £2 in Asda, so not a lot back.

Thing is thats because we know where it comes from but to a charity it is something that they may be able to see as a generous gift that can help towards much needed funds for which they are greatful.

A similar thing has happened to me with the "box of bottles" I sent along for the school christmas fayre bottle stall...all glitchy items in bottles shampoos bubble baths etc and a bottle of fizz...theres probably enough to keep them going most of the afternoon and the "real" cost to me no more than £10 but it will hopefully raise them some money .....they were delighted.

I supplied a whole raffle table once. ;)

£1 a go prize every time, you know hunt the number down that is stuck on the prize. :D

Always did a lucky dip for the kids, donating some and claiming some back from the committee as I wasn't made of money but that year had so much adult stuff too after seriously getting into MSE.

Decided to just lay it all out on a table 4p socks, scarves, loads of foot stuff from Boots that I had got with points (serious Bootser back then :o), 1p chocs, I split Claire's accessories goody bags. It went really well. The kids loved they were winning stuff to give something to give to granny and granddad or mum and dad. :)

Not sure where the other parents thought I had acquired it from or come into some money. :rotfl:

    Ah that sounds really good.

My carrier went off last week... Lots of radox and a few Claire's bits I'd bought in the January sales when it was £5 for 5... Also a couple of the glitchy gift sets from last Christmas that I didn't really have anyone in mind for.
The kids benefit from it all in the end... New library books or outside play equipment

we have had ploughmans there a couple of times with deals and it is excellent - good portion sizes.
Valid Jan to March so a nice after Christmas treat. its quite close to Benningbrough Hall, not sure about winter hours but often NT places are open weekend in winter.
I've also seen Tulip Inn on deals, not sure where now but it was £49 or £59 bed and breakfast, about 10 miles out of York. also sleepers hotel on a bed, breakfast and evening meal offer - this is the one where you sleep in old railways carriages and its right next to the rail line - I think its run by Greeks now

    Morning all

I asked last night but don't think anyone answered. Does anyone know if the Stella Cidre vouchers we got last Friday will still be valued to use tomorrow. I somehow have 5 left, so was thinking if I bought one sun tomorrow I could get the 3 for £5 x2.
Plus Im at centre parc till tomorrow, and don't think I will be able to make a supermarket today )apart from CP very very overpriced supermarket that doesn't seem to stock Stella cidre anyhow  ) .
    tia :)
  • I seem to remember it being this dairy voucher that was giving us free cheese last year let's hope that happens again:T

And those brownie tins with Lurpak in. Not quite free but I remember using Lurpak vouchers and the price being £2.50 for 4 tins and 8 packs of butter. Good times

    Morning all (ish)!
