TSB PPI claim

So I had a loan with Halifax in 2005 which I took out a TSB loan to pay off along with a store card. TSB knew I was going to be paying out more each month but didn't question it or tell me I didn't need to take out PPI.
The loan is due to fall off my file next July, I don't remember the loan or PPI details and I have moved multiple times since them.
Do I have a case?
Do I write to them first to get my details, but what about the address changes?

If you don't know the details of the loan or the PPI, how can you make a complaint about something that you don't remember, let alone provide evidence to back it up.....
Do you mean you still owe this money when you say it will fall off your file next yearmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Case about what?
TSB didnt have to tell you you would be paying out more as you are considered adult enough to know that for yourself. They are also not required to tell you that you dont need PPI unless they know you have a reason why you shouldnt have it.The loan is due to fall off my file next July,
what do you mean by that? Are you saying that you failed to repay the debt?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
