Ok verdict so far...
Great fun, Big fun, bags of fun!!! Had a great laugh. A company who wants to make friends with you and not just control you I would say so far.
Training. Appears easy at first but some questions can fox you! LOL.
On the whole I think I am going to enjoy being part of the company as a whole more than working!!! :rotfl:
has anyone received an e-mail about todays training (meeting id. etc.)0 -
No new Id I think, training was great tho.0

Hi everyone!
Been lurking for ages and have decided to join in.
I wonder could anyone who has applied for the inbound sales position tell me what the shift patterns are?
I don't want to work both sat and sun, one or other but not both!
Thanks.0 -
Day 2 Training:
The highlight of the day ... Whilst doing some coursework whilst on the conference call someone decided to SAW WOOD IN THE BACKGROUND!!!!!It was VERY loud but VERY hilarious!!!!0 -
I must admit it all sounds very attractive. However people mentioned there are "flowcharts" or something to help solve problems? Does this mean that any true technical knowledge you have is wasted? I wouldn't mind something challenging, and I certainly wouldn't want to simply read from a script all day! Is this what it's like?0

Remember this is only first-line support, if your looking for something
allot more technical then perhaps this isn't for you, there are trouble
shooting guides that your expected to follow on calls, these are in place for
the benefit of those who are not so "techy" :rotfl: and to make sure that
the customer gets the same support no matter who takes the call.
But if your just starting out in the IT industry then its a good starting
point while you complete the usual IT qualifications to further you
opportunities.
Most of the current agents are students or people who have home
commitments and need a job that fits around there life.0 -
Training Day 3:
Our trainer is a scream! Has a sexy accent and does some interesting singing!!
The work ... getting more technical for sure! You certainly have to pay attention and read carefully. Maybe more than once in some area's. But it's all well explained.0
