process in a US style :D

You wont need to go to fancy with a new pc
just a basic modern pc will do no probs

I got told that the next training is either 22nd October or 1st week November, they are still undecided. I also got told that there are 3000 applications for 200 jobs, this didn't sound right to me, but maybe they are taking on for another ISP?? I got told it was for one of the Uks top ISPs.

3000 applications thanx to oliver!!! :rotfl:

Aye the number of applications has rocketed for some reason, this obviously causes slightly longer waits for some waiting on their training period.
As to the pay structure for the US we wouldn't be able to tell you as that would only ever be mentioned to US bases people but it should be equivalent wage. Good luck with the new pc.

Aany one know if training hours are working hours?? As I was hoping for a bit more than 3 days and prefereably 1 weekend day off!

Training is fixed to the dates used as that is when the training staff is online, your working hours will be very different unless you have already been told what they are. If your hours are not what you would like then make sure you let Teletech know as they may be able to change them if you tell them soon enough but if not then don't worry as shift bids occur quite regularly if the client requires changes to staffing levels etc and then you can apply for new shifts etc.

ok thats good to know, but my interviewer said that you have to be avaiable 7 days a week, so thats why i'm a little scared to says to them if my hours are not suitable!
