branch address?

Hello All,
I'm just having to fill in a paper direct debit instruction, and it's asking me for my branch address.. I have no idea what the branch address is for my Santander account and can't find any paperwork they've sent me with it on, and there seems to be no mention of it when I log into my account online either..
Anyone know where this information is hidden? Does it have something to do with me opening the account online and not in a branch of the bank?
Thanks.

The address of the bank doesn't really matter, Just use their headquarters address.

See what address you get from that when you put your sort code and account in.0 -
Don't you have a cheque book? Or a paying in book? Or statements online?Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

No cheque book. It wasn't sent automatically and I can't remember the last time I wrote a cheque so seemed pointless to order one. Same with paying in book. And my statements don't say anything about my branch address.0 -

This gives me a Merseyside address. I don't know how to be sure it's correct though.0 -

It'll be fine. Nothing to be worried about.0 -

My statement has an address on it (next to an image of an envelope) but I don't think it's my branch. It's Bradford too so probably the same address you're talking about (Nelson Street?)..
And if that could be it then why isn't the address that I found via that link above the same..? All very confusing!0 -
Yup, that's the address on my cheque book too, it's what I always put when asked for branch address. Although as others have said it's the numbers that are important.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

I actually asked Santander this, once via my secure messages and once via Twitter. They both gave different addresses! One was the Bradford one, can't remember the other now. I used the Bradford one, but as several have said, it probably doesn't matter so long as the sort code and account number are correct.I want my sun-drenched, wind-swept Ingrid Bergman kiss, Not in the next life, I want it in this, I want it in this
Use your imagination, or you can borrow mine!0 -
