Interestingly it's not coming up on the list I have right now. The most recent description I've seen for it though is:

This is Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill. It's a very good hotel but if you can get the Athenaeum at a better price I would do that. (listed as Top West End Hotel last time I looked)

This is the Novotel London ExCeL, try and get this for a cheap price as it isn't top end 4* by any means IMO. I stayed here for £60-65 or so earlier this year.
