The second one is the Danubius Hotel Regents Park, it is certainly Hungarian owned but frankly not a reasonable walk to Baker Street Station in the rain! The first may be the Melia White House Hotel at Great Portland Street which is certainly more central if that is important

That looks to be the Vincci Bit Hotel in Barcelona, check the location, it seems quite isolated and the bedrooms are not the largest but still gets quite good reviews
