Markymoo, it could be City Inn westminster, Park plaza riverbank or park plaza Westminster. The Park Plaza riverbank is on the South-side of the river near the Tate, and I cant think of any others that is could be that would fit the description

This one is definately the Riverbank Park Plaza - just booked it, absolute bargain!

- so disappointed, trying to get my money back or change the hotel! It's not 5* quality at all!

Dont think you can get it back, what was wrong with it? I have stayed at the Tower hill one, that was nice enough so presumed it would be a of a similar quality.
