Since you've had no definite responses, I'll give an opinion.
I think the is the Hilton Tower Bridge Hotel. I was reading that L/m.com had jumbled some of its descriptions, and the previous very similar one for this hotel was:
Stunning, contemporary hotel, centrally located on the south bank of theThames near the Tower Bridge.Surrounded by some of London's most famousattractions including the world-famous Borough Market andjust a short hop from the legendary shops and theatres of the West End. Enjoy a drink or snack in the hotel's funky, friendly bar or sample the delights of the restaurant's amazing European cuisine.
I hope that this helps. On this forum this hotel gets great reviews, though I have never stayed.

If you put the hotel with the description that Harbmeister quotes above into your basket you will see the postcode is se1 2by, which does correspond with Hilton London Tower Bridge.

If you put in the postcode in the shopping basket and google, it comes up as Bermondsey Square hotel....

This contemporary 4 star hotel with recently refurbished bedrooms is a 10 min walk away from Oxford Street/Marble Arch and approx 10 minutes tube ride Westfield Shopping Centre. The hotel is ideal for family or shopping trips and boasts a great choice of leisure facilities including several bars and restaurants and a 12.5m indoor swimming pool.

Restaurants: The hotel's main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner serving International cuisine.

BarCafe: Open for coffee, breakfast and all-day light meals.
Bars: Several bars available for drinks and light meals.
