I never said Harold Hill Travel didn't exist, just that there is no such business registered with ABTA or the CAA and strangely Harold Wood Travel is also based in Romford. On the assumption your holiday involves air travel, you ought to have an ATOL Certificate with a name and number on it, that is who you are in contract with0
