VODAFONE - Terrible CS, unfair credit score - cant get Mortgage due to this-help!

I got 2 new phones from Vodafone in June this year. They both came with whats called "Data Test Drive" which is unlimited data usage for the first 3 months. You don't "adjust" your package when it finishes, you just revert to your contract limits.
HOWEVER, they make it clear that after the 3 months is up, you only have the data limit as per your contract. In my case it was 1GB per month for my daughters phone. As she managed to use 14GB in a month, i was paranoid about making sure i knew the date my Data Test Drive would end. She's very good at monitoring her data now and doesnt go over her limit at all. She enjoyed the unlimited data !!
I think this must have been what the OP had to begin with, Vodafone do explain how it works, it's not hidden anywhere, i think the OP misunderstood how it worked. To be fair, i've not had any issues with Vodafone when contacting them, their live chat thingy is very good. Like others, i think Vodafone are on a par with other mobile providers when it comes to customer service, none of them are brilliant really.0
