My Mother has a bad credit rating and I'd like to take out a contract hire car in my name for her.
Can I do that and just have it insured in her name, or would I need to be on the insurance too?
Thanks

Depends on the terms of your contract hire, If the cars registered in your name dont forget to tell the insurance that.
