If you can access them, see if you can run a flexible wire down (I keep some of that stuff used for hanging net curtains for that) before attacking them with a blowgun. Just to make sure you don't pop a connection off somewhere inside a box section or behind a trim

Cover all the suspect areas with talc powder and then take the through carwash again and see if there is a water trail

I remember ed china (wheeler dealers) hiring a smoke machine to find a leak, I've no idea how much they cost though.
I had a wet floor in one of my cars, I ended up taking the seat out and lifting the carpet to dry, then attacked it with a gentle hose to find the leak. In my case it didn't help as the leak was in a bonnet release catch grommet, water was tracking from the wheel arch past the failed grommet and onto the floor.

My friend has a garage and I've been in this week where they were working on a Vauxhall Corsa with a leaking problem. It was a leak in the round panel that the brake master cylinder butts up against. The seal around it goes. They had the remove this round panel, clean all the old adhesive out and renew it.
Could well be a similar problem with yours.0 -
Had an on-going leak I couldn't trace, eventually found it to be the door seal. The drainage holes in the rubber on the outside were blocked. So the water was filling the seals and overflowing into the car.
Traced and found it in the end by placing sheets of kitchen roll around the inside of the car and seeing which got wet, easy thing to tick off the list anyway.0 -
As mentioned above, the drainage holes under the windscreen scuttle, they filled with dead leaves in the autumn and water starts to pour into the pollen filter and fan housing.......
You know all those Vauxhall Zafiras that went up in flames? That was caused by water entering the fan assembly and corroding the fan spindle, which in turn causes the fan to pull too much current, blows the fan speed resistor pack and the dodgy/cheap replacements for those are what went up in flames.
So "pop the hood", gain access to the drainage channel via the access hatch and clear out any mess.

Since the weather has been so bad down this way recently, I have decided to concentrate on my flippy key fob.
No but seriously, the area above and to the sides of the pedals is still bone dry, nothing higher than the rubber foot mat embedded in the carpet is even slightly damp (I tested with blue tissue overnight and dabbing the carpet).
I will be getting my hands on a long pokey-thing to check the various drainage channels tomorrow. Thanks again for all the suggestions!0 -

Shut lines look fine. I will have a look at the windscreen drainage channels tomorrow during daylight. Thanks0 -
