Flights Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is open to qualifying players only.
2. Employees or agencies of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. This offer entitles the bearer to claim a European Return Flight to destinations stated, excluding all applicable taxes, passenger service charges, airline failure insurance and other mandatory surcharges levied by the airline (which must be paid by the Customer).
4. Customers may choose from the following European destinations: Dublin, Paris, Lisbon, Malmo, Milan, Marseille, Venice and Valencia.
5. Flights are available from major airports including London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Heathrow, London Luton, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast International or Belfast City. Departure airport and destination will determine the airline used. All flights are direct.
6. Fully completed booking forms must be received by 30.04.2016. All travel must be completed by 30.06.2016 with no flight booking possible after this date.
7. Offer excludes Public and Bank Holidays in both departure and destination countries.
8. Completed flight booking request forms must be posted to Maria Casino Flight Offer: PO BOX 7591, MILTON KEYNES, MK11 9HP. A minimum of 30 days’ notice before the preferred dates of travel is required. Flight booking request forms received after this date will be invalid.
9. You must state two choices of departure airport, three choices of destination and provide three options of departure and return dates.
10. Whilst every effort will be made to book you on your chosen dates of travel this cannot be guaranteed and you will be offered an alternative which may be before or after the specified dates.
11. All bookings are strictly subject to promotional availability and on a first come, first served basis. On receipt of your booking request form, you will be emailed within 21 calendar days to confirm availability and any charges arising from additional passengers, supplements, surcharges and taxes, and be required to confirm your acceptance within 24 hours at which point we will make the booking.
12. No cancellations or amendments are possible after confirmation of your booking.
13. Only one form may be used per booking, per household and per customer for this offer.
14. Flight booking request forms incorrectly completed or illegible will not be valid. If a form received is only partially completed or completed incorrectly, we will return the form to you for full completion. Photocopies of completed booking request forms will not be valid.
15. The Promoter, Lock-in Marketing and its agencies will not be held responsible for any claim forms that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or late.
16. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. It is recommended that customers send their booking forms by Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery.
17. The flight booking request form is non- transferable and cannot be sold, resold or redeemed for cash.
18. Only one member of any group travelling together may redeem the promotional offer.
19. Additional passengers may travel with you for a rate starting at £79 per person for a return flight excluding all applicable taxes, passenger service charges, airline failure insurance and other mandatory surcharges levied by the airline (which must be paid by the Customer).
20. Where applicable upon confirmation of an additional companion ticket, all taxes and charges are non-refundable once a flight booking has been confirmed.
21. Payments made for additional charges by Visa or Mastercard will incur a 3% charge. Maestro and Delta payments may incur a charge of up to 1.5%. You will need to provide your credit card/debit card number for payment of additional, optional charges. Your card will not be debited until your booking is confirmed. Unfortunately we currently cannot accept cheque or cash payments for this offer.
22. Customers must hold a valid passport in order to be eligible for the flight promotion. Customers must ensure that they abide by all legal, immigration and airline requirements for travel and the Promoter will not be responsible if customers do not. Customers take responsibility for their own travel insurance arrangements.
23. Once your ticket(s) have been issued all liability will pass to the airline. Neither the Promoter nor Maria Casino can be held responsible for any cancellations, alterations to flight schedules, route and destinations. The Promoter, Maria Casino and its agencies reserve the right to use alternative airlines if necessary. The Promoter, Maria Casino and its agencies further reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of war, earthquake, catastrophe, strikes or similar event.
24. The booking instructions and all other information stated within this document also form part of the terms and conditions of this offer.
25. The Promoter, Maria Casino and its agencies reserve the right to refuse to redeem forms if submitted by persons other than those to whom they were issued.
26. Any person taking advantage of this promotion does so on complete acceptance of the terms and conditions. Claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions may, at the discretion of Maria Casino, its agencies and the Promoter, be disqualified. In the event that any claim is disqualified then the claimant shall forthwith return any flight forms issued pursuant to such claim, to the Promoter.
27. There is no cash alternative to this offer.

Any questions concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Not a "scam" but having looked at some of the flight options the tax which will still have to be paid is more than half the total fare cost.
