Complained to vodafone, saved £186

After taking out a contract with vodafone at £21pm, I soon realised that I was being charged £26pm. I swiftly called customer services and was told I would be contacted for £35 refund. After not getting a call, I rang them and was told that I wouldn't get anything. Infuriated I vowed to keep calling until I got a refund. Four calls and an hour later, got a whopping £15.50 off my bill for a year! Saving me over £180! Definately worth it.
