Random payment from Working Tax Credit

Hey guys,

New to this Forum so I'm unsure of peoples experiences with this - However! I hope someone may be able to shed some light.

Last Wednesday a payment of over £600 was paid into my account by the working tax credit...

The strange thing is I cancelled my working tax credit a-few months back and had my last payment on the 2nd of April!

Would anyone know why they have put this much into my account when I no longer have working tax credit?

I will call them up tomorrow to double check, but it would be nice to hear any views or experiences on this matter- just to put my mind at rest until I call them

thanks in advance guys

Regards

Dean
