Disneyland Paris Expedia...

Hi all, I'll try and keep this short, my family along with another family (4 adults 2 children altogether, 2 rooms) are wanting to visit Disneyland Paris next May, we've been quoted a very cheap deal for the dream castle hotel (Disney partner hotel) we like the look of it, it's 4 star with breakfast etc, and for 4 nights including flights it's just over £1100 for all of us (without park tickets).

The only problem is, and the main reason we haven't booked dlp direct, although it is slightly more expensive, is because I can't afford to pay it all upfront, which I've just found out I need to do with expedia also.

So my question is, are there any good alternatives to expedia, any cheap alternative ways to do this holiday? Any advice would be great. I've tried the hotel direct, and a few other sites but nowhere comes close to expedia, I'll probably have to try and get the cash together but any suggestions, or advice in General would be hugely appreciate, many thanks...

Hi. Weve just booked 4 nights/5 days to DLP, which includes 5 days entry and Eurostar for us all at the santa fe inc breakfasts for £1252 in august. DD goes free as shes 6. Thought that deal was brill. The site is wxw.disneyholidays.co.uk and was £300+ cheaper than the other Disney site we found. Only had to pay 15% deposit now the rest by June.

have you looked at booking the flights yourself separately and then looking on the official DLP site for your hotel/park tickets package (bear in mind that you're looking at at least another £100 each on top of your current package price for park tickets). For that price, I think you could probably stay onsite instead of at the Dream Castle. You can pay a deposit with the DLP site for your hotel/park tickets booking, but as far as I know, theres not any travel agency companies who will let you pay just a deposit for your flights, you'd need to pay for them in full at the time of booking.

If you can fly from London airports check ba flight+hotel options.

I would second the book flights separate, it usually works out cheaper. Use Skyscanner to check out how much flights are.

I stayed in the dreamcastle hotel for a night and it was very nice, you had to get a free bus to the park in the morning, but it wasn't that long to get there. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

When booking the flights separately I've always found Dial-a-flight very competitive and they allow you to pay a deposit then pay off odd amounts whenever you like with your debit card on the phone. They also do package holidays I think so might be worth asking about disney deals.

Just don't give them a call today as the theme park is closed following events in Paris yesterday so their phone lines are probably very busy.

Does anyone know if I'll be able to phone and book through France or Ireland as it is at least £100 cheaper? And still be able to pay the 15% deposit? Thanks

yes you can still do that, just say on the phone that its the French or Irish offer you want to book.
