Thanks for input guys.

Everything all sorted. £350 by way of an apology from the dealer and More Than have accepted the proof that I wasn't aware that there was a mod with the tints.

Ironically I've saved money on the insurance by going direct with Co-Op and have £50 of vouchers.
Alls well that ends well.
