I hope someone may be able to help.
A friend is with npower for electricity in his business.
They have been playing silly !!!!!!s with my friend.
It is a standard tariff and Npower's billing is an absolute mess.
I am trying to find an elec provider whose prices are reasonable to whom they could switch.
Is there a MSE tool which lets you find the cheapest provider.

Ukpower I notice had a business account comparison site. It did nt work so easily as the domestic side and you needed to contact UKpower direct for quotes. Business and Domestic are very different .People can haggle a bit on business rates depending on how much you re using0

There are also none of the customer safeguards that domestic customers enjoy, unless a 'micro business' A/C.
Read the small print very carefully, in particular giving the required notice at the end of the term.0 -
Is he still under contract? How big is he in kwh terms ?
Switching is not difficult but avoid the business comparison websites - contact the suppliers direct.
Not all the new players do both gas and electricityNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
