Hi davidgmmafan, thanks for your reply.. Unfortunitley Npower have put a negative mark against my credit file in January 2015 which is now causing me serious issues. I understand this is complicated complaint but first utility were able to work it out in a few months and they also wrote to Npower to explain their findings.
The whole situation has been a total nightmare and Npower have not help, all they say is it in a queue to be work on since January 2014. I've spoken with managers, senior manager all offering to look into it and call me back but no one does. It disgusting that they can put a default on your account and mess up your chance of getting a mortgage when they know full well this is an on going complaint and that I have never signed up to be a customer.
I've tried social media, bbd watch dog, but nothing as yet..
Lets hope Vicky can sort something out.. However I am not holding out much hope..0
