Eon Billing

I recently transferred to Eon via the collective switch and I find unlike EDF who bill monthlywho I transferred from Eon bill every quarter
I prefer to have a monthly bill so as to keep an eye on my usage so I do not get a debit on my account or to much credit is it possible to have a monthly bill
Can the Eon rep please answer my question

Enter your meter readings on a monthly basis and when you have entered it it gives you the option to request a bill. This then arrives shortly after via email.

The only exception where you can't do this is a few days either side of when your quarterly bill is due although I don't understand why this is?

Hiya tammy66,

We don't really offer monthly billing, but you can pop your reads on your online account once per month and request a bill, this way you can keep on top of things as you like to.

You can't enter the reads around the bill date as a bill will be in process.
