Comparison sites are giving me an approximate annual saving of £400 by switching to Green Star Energy but I can find very little in the way of customer feedback/reviews online, as they're a relatively small and new supplier.

Anyone dealt with them? For the most part I don't speak to my energy providers and just pay my bills online, but it's good to know what customer service is like just in case there are any problems....
