Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. To enter this promotion you must play our Roof-Top game and score over 3000 metres.
2. Entry will only be accepted by submiting your score, name and email address within the game itself.
3. By entering into the promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. This promotion is open to all UK residents who are over the age of 18, except for employees of Ebuyer (UK) Limited, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
5. There will be only one winner.
6. The details provided will not be used for marketing purposes. The winners details will only be used for contact and postage.
7. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
8. The promotion runs from 11th November to the 21st December 2015.
9. All entries must be received by 23.59 on the 21st December 2015.
10. The winners will be drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries received.
11. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 21 days of the closing date. Should this message be returned as undeliverable for any reason or unanswered within 7 days, Ebuyer (UK) Limited reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.
