Automated banking?

Hi all, long time lurker first time poster. Only registered on the forums today! Woohoo me!
Thought experiment: Banking and Automation.
1. Each time a deposit is made to an account, a percentage of that incoming fund is automatically transferred to a savings account. Silently saving, would be useful for freelancers who need to pay tax etc, say 25% of all payments go to a 'pay for taxes' account, leaving a hopeful windfall at the end of the tax year.
2. At the end of each month, or payday, the credit/surplus is transferred to a savings account, leaving only what is known to be required in the checking/current account for the month ahead (or behind however you look at it).
2. An SMS is sent to the account holder's phone whenever these automatons happen to keep tabs on and correct for any mistakes (such as internal account to account transfers for example.)
Does this exist anywhere in the UK?
Am I dreaming?
a. Alternatively, an account which would SMS me whenever a deposit was made no matter how small would be nice. Does that exist either?

No 2 - is available on a First Direct account (its called a sweep). Possibly other accounts too, but none that I have.
No 3 - Many accounts have automated SMS and/or email for a variety of things.
However, I don't know of or foresee any bank offering No 1.0
