Evening all I've a quick query
I had mppi that was sold through a mortgage advisor I was told it covered me for unemployment cover, yet when I went to make a claim I was told I couldn't claim as I was in a sales role yet this was the job I was in when I took out the mortgage
Does anyone have any guidance on whether it's worth trying to claim back for this ?
Cheers

Being in a sales role does not invalidate your ability to claim on the policy. I suggest you go back to the insurer can confirm the actual reason you are unable to claim.Does anyone have any guidance on whether it's worth trying to claim back for this ?
As it stands you appear to have a complaint about the claim. Although further information may change that.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). What was your employment status in this sales role? Was it temporary / zero hours / commission only / fixed term etc?0
