I Pad problems

Options
My I Pad used to give a warning"ping" noise when Facebook Message was received.
It has now stopped doing this and I am missing messages.

I have been into settings and ensured the alerts are turned on but still no joy, the latest software has been down loaded.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Hi

    Go into the following :-
    Settings
    Notifications
    Messenger

Check that all settings - i.e. Allow notifications and Sounds is green.

    Hope this helps

    Hi

I have found some more settings that might help you :)

This time, go to the facebook messenger app itself

    Click on the Cog (settings)
    Click on the Notifications

Check the "Mute" is turned off
    also
Go into "Notifications in Messenger" check sound is switched on.

Hopefully this will sort you out.
