clearance xl, need some advice on not recieving my order?!

hi, i placed an order with clearance xl on 27th october and ive still not had it. i emailed them and they came back with "it takes 1-5 working days". so i emailed back stating that at the time of my email it had been 8 working days, paul then emailed back asking if i had had contact from the courier or if i had recieved my order to which i replied no, shouldnt you know where it is? i then emailed two days ago stating i wanted to know where my order was or a refund and have had no reply.... there is a mobile number but it just rings out and has no option to leave a message, what on earth to i do now?! having looked on the facebook page this paul is rather rude to his customers, and i did post a status on there asking where my order was and its been deleted since my last email, so im clearly being ignored now??! ive been polite, courteous till now, but im getting rather frustrated and dont know what to do next??!

Do a claim back from your credit card or paypal

i think i paid on my debit card but will double check?

paid by debit card just checked online banking so dont think i can go down claiming back through that?

well im still waiting! he emailed me with a tracking number but not who it was sent with, then emailed me saying it was damaged so on its way back to him, then he emailed saying i have to ring uk mail (finally bothered to tell me who it was sent with!) so my dad has advised to go through small claims........ im clearly being given the run around!!!

Or read the post above yours and initiate a chargeback as you were advised a month ago.
