natwest faster payments

anyone know if the £20K daily limit is per customer or per account?

I have 2 accounts. Can I move 20K to the 2nd account and send £40K? (20 from each account)?

Per customer IIRC, I paid a bill from my current a/c last month then tried to t/f £20K from my eSavings a/c (or whatever it's called now) to an outside a/c on the same day and it wouldn't let me.

Agreed. I got round moving £40k by first moving 20k to my wife's Natwest account, then "we" each moved £20k out to the destination :T

yes you're right.

Having checked with customer services and been told categorically it was per account, I transferred £35K in, then £20K out, £15K to my 2nd account and...... got stuck! Would not let me transfer the £15K out till next day.

Complaint raised.
