Hi,
Was wondering if anyone knows the legality around an issue I have... I took out a loan with BBVA 4 years ago and as part of the loan had to set up a bank account, however this month I've been informed that they are going to start charging me for the use of the bank account (£8 per month) for administration purposes! Are they allowed to do this?
