Let Property Campaign Affect Credit Score?

Will the following affect my Credit Rating?
I am in the process of submitting to the HMRC a Let Property Campaign application, regarding unpaid tax on a rental property that I own over the last 2 tax years.
I contacted the HMRC regarding the above and my unpaid tax was not identified via the HMRC contacting me.
Although my rental property was making a loss, I still should of submitted a tax return (fool me...).
I am happy to repay any tax due and penalties that the HMRC charge, but does this get recorded on your Credit rating file and will this affect any future claims for credit?
Thanking everyone in advance for there advice.

Not yet. But I'm sure the CRAs have this sort of information in the sights.0
