Tesco Direct later deliveries

I placed an order for three Xmas trees on the 6th and received an email the following day to say that one had been dispatched and I collected it from my local Express two days after ordering but 9 days after placing the order the other two still haven't been dispatched.

Edit - haven't had an email but the rest of the order is now showing as being dispatched on the online tracker.

Me again. Anyone else experiencing really slow deliveries still? I ordered a DVD at the start of the month, one of the few presents that my son has specifically asked for. It never arrived so I called and was told that another would be sent, that was apparently quickly despatched but 8 days later I've still not received it so I'm going to have to make a trip to HMV tomorrow to pick one up as I don't want to wait now for the Tesco one only to have it not arrive before Christmas.
