Right, here goes mine, may have to switch some days, veg as usual depends what is in have some in freezer aswell, plenty of stuff in for lunches, fruit for deserts etc.
Sunday - Spag Bol (DP at work so doesn't want 'dinner')
Monday - Roast dinner, brisket (must remember to get out of freezer later)
Tuesday - out but cooking at BBQ (for 30)
Wednesday - Fajitas
Thursday - Prawn curry for me, omlette for DP
Friday - Pie, mushies and chipsOne day I might be more organised...........

am way late this week but have just done an online shop so for next 10 days we will have, in no particular order:

- jacket potatoes beans and cheese
- omelette and wedges and salad
- quorn and broccoli bake
- tuna leek and sweetcorn pasta bake

Today- chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, leeks, but poached instead of roast for a change
Monday- Lunches- chicken sarnies (him) chicken, mango, bulghar wheat salad (had mint and mangoes on the turn, so using them up- found the recipe in a Nigel Slater book)
Tea- Left over chicken in a pilau rice style thingy
Tuesday- Lunches- chicken and sweetcorn soup (made with the very last of the chicken)
Tea- Spaghetti with meatballs
Haven't got any further than that. Everything is made and in the fridge and ready though!0 -
Sunday - Picnic tea (out for the day)
Monday - HM Pizza & Salad
Tuesday - Pork steak, roasties, veg, yorkies & gravy
Wednesday - Pasta cabonara
Thursday - Party tea (sausage rolls, cheese & pineapple, sausage on stick, fairy cakes etc) DD1 cast comes off so party to celebrate!
Then we are off to Butlins for the weekend
Friday - HM Lasagna (with hidden veg) & HM Garlic bread (will take out of freezer and pop in cool bag, should be defrosted in time for tea!
Saturday - HM Pizza (will do same as above)
Sunday - Hot dogs, chips & Beans
Will make some caramel shortbread and cakes to take with us plus bacon and muffins for Breakies. Will also raid fruit bowl and take that to make fruit salad.0 -
Would love that recipe for caramel shortbread if you don't mind Shell2001!!
Ps - Have a fab time at Butlins, we love it there..........If Life Deals You a Lemon - Make Lemonade!! :j0
