Hang a gate from concrete fence posts

Hi,
the fence panels in my garden are slotted into concrete posts and there is a smaller gap where a gate should be but isn't.
I can't seem to find a kit to hang a gate from these concrete posts, the posts have 15mm diameter holes in 2 places where it should be possible to put hinges.
Other than drilling the posts/bolting a wooden batton to them to attach a hinge I was wondering if there is a standard hinge kit for these posts?

You could use the two 15mm holes to attach timber battens to each post and hang standard hinges and latch from those. It would narrow the gap of course and may mean a non-standard width gate.0

Yes that looks like the best solution, I'm going to make the gate myself so the size is not a problem.0

Depends what sort of gate and hinge you want to fit.
You should be able to get eye type hinges with m12 threads. try an agricultural merchant.
But if its a timber gate, just bolt on a bit of wood and fix to that.0
