Return request has the option of adding photos so thought I'd add them through that, but no, ebay has other ideas. It keeps telling me it can't upload them and to try again Thought it might be due to file size, but made them smaller and still can't upload them. They're JPEG images so no issues there. 0 Thought it might be due to file size, but made them smaller and still can't upload them. I normally have no trouble with that feature. Try reducing the number of colours if you can as this greatly reduces the file size.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. The size went from a few MB to a few hundred KB. It can be up 5MB so it should have been fine in the first place and certainly should be fine now.
Tried saving it as png and tried a different browser, still didn't work. I started the request anyway but it won't let me add photos after either, still says it can't upload them.0

What if you try messaging them separately? All of the correspondence will be visible to eBay anyway. I usually do it through my phone, so have not had issues attaching photos before0

I'll try adding them again later. Might message them if it doesn't work, but I was only going to add them as it was part of the request anyway. Seems a lot of hassle now trying to resolve something they don't even understand is wrong.0

For every good seller on eBay, there seems to be two that don't give monkeys about customer service. We all make mistakes, we are human after all, but not admitting it is just plain rude. hope after that you won't have to go through too much hassle to get it sorted0

Indeed. Thanks. Currently just waiting for the return request to be dealt with, which is a bit annoying as I just want to get it posted off asap, but better than worrying about whether I'll ever get a refund from throwing it in a post box.
Typical that today is the day I have some listings ending. It's like "oh, ebay email, might be the return request...nope listing ended again" lol.0

The seller has finally accepted my return. They won't send me a postage label! They still want me to throw it in a post box as return to sender.
So guess I'll have to contact ebay now 0 0
