Hi everyone, i've been having some issues with my credit since I have moved into my new flat over a year ago.
when you search for the address on experian & equifax it does not come up!! i'm in a building of flats and out of 9 flats only 2 show. Its not a new build either. I got declined for a balance transfer card a few months ago and didn't think much of it at the time but my payment history & credit is generally pretty good so this might explain it. I've tried to speak to both but they just fob me off with the electoral role chat - i am on it and have voted last year from this so its there!!
Can anyone let me know how to get this resolved??
Thanks

complain to experian and equifax again
grounds are you can prove you are on the electoral roll and the address you live at so their excuse that they dont have electoral roll details for you and the address is false. that their refusal to list your address may be harming any credit applications you make. that unless they sort out their systems to show your address properly within 8 weeks youll be taking them to the FOS.
also use http://www.resolver.co.uk/ to put a complaint in nowStill rolling rolling rolling......<
