You don't need street riots etc to cause Social Unrest.I'm sure they have infiltrated B.T. and nearly all utility and public services. Having moved home one month ago,advising all my suppliers,electricity/gas/telephone,internet/water/sewage/council tax etc.etc. I am still trying to get any sense out of all of them. Haven't had your e-mails/letters etc.Spending literally hours on the phone going through the same details,passed from one to the other.The usual parting shot,"We are having a problem with our system at the moment,I will deal with your query and get back to you within 24hours" Still waiting for promised return calls from B.T. and S.S.E. A week later should I risk going through the whole Bl--DY performance again!!

Hope you remembered to update dvla as well, assuming you have a car/motoerbike.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

When I moved last year I did most of the change of address stuff online and it was so much easier. I found most utility companies and local councils have that option now.0
