Experian taking the biscuit

I decided to pay the £2 for the credit file report on Experian to check everything was in order saving the £14.99 monthly fee (I've already used the free trial).
I opted for the online version to save time.
So I filled in all sorts of personal information, my bank account was immediately debited the £2 and I expected Experian to send the report to my email address in due haste.
On the very next screen the message pops up saying I have to wait 7 days for a pass code and then log in online to view the report.
Time is of the essence here, hence the reason I chose the online report. I'm hacked off with these credit companies. They are legal scam artists.
I want to cancel it and get my £2 back cos I'm not sitting here like a chump waiting 7 days to view information I should be entitled to see immediately and to be honest, for free.

See if they'll cancel, then. But to be honest, for £2, and the effort it may take to cancel, I'd wait.0

It is annoying, if you ever order it again get the paper version.
I have found that the online stat report takes the same time to get access to it plus mine had less data than the paper version. All that glitters is not gold.0 -

So basically these black lists ask you to provide a load of your information and then sell it back to you a week later for £2"Love you Dave Brooker! x"
