Hi,I am looking for some advice please. My mum has had a couple of letters from a Glasgow accounting firm. They say that since her notification of discharge from sequestration she is now entitled to claim for PPI,or any other mis sold financial products. They say,if they are successful they will charge 30%.My brother's concern is that if successful, mum will be chased up to pay off my late father's debts.Does anyone know if she would?
