I am not sure what the problem is: you make a note of what comes into the estate, and you make a note of what's paid out and to who.My stepfather just wants the estate to be divided as the law states but I am trying to explain that we need to do it correctly so that no one comes back in months time when their inheritance as been spent saying it wasn't equal.
With my siblings, doing interim distributions, I sent an email each time I made a payment. The email went to all of them and stated what was going into their accounts.Signature removed for peace of mind0
