The saga continues. Although the economy 7 meter was removed on the 10th, it took 2 weeks for it to disappear from my account. What really tops it off though is I've just tried to switch to another supplier and on the National Grid system my meter is still showing as "related" to the old meter, which means it can't be ported! Utterly useless shower of bar stewards.0

Hope you raised a complaint, it should be relatively straight-forward for them to update MPAS (National Database). They will need the old storage heater supply number disconnected as well to fully update.0

EDF are saying it takes 28 days for the system to update following their changes.0
