How long does it normally take to receive the acceptance/declined email from capital one?

Mine has been referred yesterday.

I've just rung them, and they said its showing as provisonaly approved, with £200 at the moment.

I also rang them yesterday and got the same response! But then said I would get an email. Hope its soon.
