Eligibility
1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, but not employees or their immediate families of Ferrero UK Ltd (the "Promoter"), its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. Internet access and purchase required.
3. There is no limit to entries per person per day using unique codes from purchased promotional packs for each entry when entered online.
4. ROI residents will need to correctly answer a question of skill to enter.
5. In order to participate in the Promotion you must purchase a promotional Bueno or Bueno White (single bar or multipack).
Key Promotional Dates
6. This 'Win 1 of 10 fashion prizes every day' promotion and related exclusive offers for Kinder Bueno consumers is running from 12.01am Monday 21st September 2015 until 11.59pm Sunday 20th December 2015 (the "Promotion Period").
7. There will be a daily draw for every day during the Promotion Period. Each daily draw will run from 12.01am – 11.59pm. Refer to individual daily draw for information on available prizes for that draw.
8. Unique Codes from promotional pack are valid from 12.01am 31st August 2015 until 11.59pm 31st March 2016 .
9. Early entries received from 31st August to 21st September will be accepted and put in to the first draw.
10. Any entrants that did not win during the Promotion Period or new entrants who try to enter the promotion after the closing date will go into a late entry draw held on 31 March 2016 to win 1 of 3 personal shopping experiences to the value of £100.
11. Unredeemed codes will be invalid and cannot be used with this or any other promotion.
How to participate
12. In order to participate in the Promotion you must purchase a promotional Bueno [Classic] or Bueno White (single bar or multipack).
13. A promotional code is printed on the inside of each individual promotional Bueno and Bueno White pack. The Promotion is carried on all promotional single bar packs, and on each individual pack within promotional 4 bar multipacks.
14. Entry requires online registration at either facebook.com/BuenoUK or www.buenofashion.com when the entrant will be required to enter their name, country, email address, promotional code, have you tried Bueno before? and confirm that they are aged over 18.
15. Participants accessing the Promotion through a Facebook account acknowledge and confirm that the Promoter will collect the following information from his/her Facebook account: name, email address. The same participants fully accept that (i) this Promotion is no way linked to Facebook Inc. or conducted or endorsed by it; and (ii) that the information provided by the participants is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook. In addition, the same participant agrees to a complete liability release for Facebook with respect to the Promotion.
16. Further entries by the same entrant can be made online at either facebook.com/BuenoUK or www.buenofashion.com com using a different code each time and complete the entry form.
17. Entries with incomplete or invalid information will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of internet coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control.
18. All codes are unique and can only be used to enter a 'Win 1 of 10 fashion prizes every day' draw once and to claim a discount at selected an online partnering brands once. Only valid codes will be accepted. All codes are subject to verification. Codes have no cash value and may not be sold or exchanged. Manufacturer's references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes.
19. Republic of Ireland residents will need to answer a question of skill to enter.
Prizes
20. There are 910 fashion prizes to be won in total (10 prizes each day for 91 days). The 10 prizes available for each of the daily draws will be (as a minimum) described on the 'Prizes' page of the promotional website (www.buenofashion.com) at the time of entering, plus advertised on the Bueno UK & Ireland Facebook page.

22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations although the promoter shall try to minimise the effect of such failures.
23. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This promotion is not sponsored or affiliated with any of the companies whose products are listed as prizes unless otherwise stated.
Winner Selection & Notification
24. Entrants will be entered into the respective daily draw. Draws will close every day at 11.59pm from Monday 21st September 2015 and 10 winners will be randomly selected by an independent verifier from all entries received the previous day. Daily draws continue for 91 days until the final draw on Sunday 20th December 2015.
25. Winners will be notified by email. Full instructions on how to claim the prize will be contained in the email sent to the winners. In the cases where the prize is an item of clothing or footwear, the winner will be asked to provide their UK dress/shoe size at the time of responding. If the item size is not available, a prize will be offered of the same value. Incorrect sizes cannot be exchanged once the item has been dispatched.
26. Daily winners will be notified within 14 days of the respective daily draw. If any winner has not responded within 28 days of being notified to confirm their prize and details, they will forfeit all rights to their prize.
27. Final bonus draw: All previous losing entries received between 21.09.15 and 20.12.15 and all entries received up until the final bonus draw closing date 31.03.16 will go into a final bonus draw to be held within 48 hours of the final bonus draw closing date, to win 1 of 3 personal shopping experiences to the value of £100.
General
28. The Promoter shall not assume any responsibility or liability for any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction, loss, or alteration of the codes at any point in the operation of this Promotion.
29. Unless entrants expressly agree otherwise at point of registration, personal details will be used for no other purpose than for entry into the draw. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants. Please see the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
30. All winning entrants require internet access and a valid email address to claim their prize.
31. Only valid codes will be accepted. All codes are subject to verification.
32. If an entrant is unable to read their wrapper code, or the code is incomplete, or defaced because of the way the wrapper is opened etc., entrants should contact B Street, 1 Fore Street, London EC2Y 9DJ and send in the promotional wrapper with their full name and contact details. The entrant will be provided an alternative code to enable them to enter the Promotion. Please note that the Promoter cannot take responsibility for codes damaged or defaced in the way the wrapper is opened, or lost in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
33. Entering details online is not proof of receipt of entry.
34. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
35. The Promoter accepts no liability for system failures on the website which may restrict or delay entries or responses. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure of any of the third parties involved in the Promotion to fulfil its obligations, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect on entrants of any such failure.
36. The Promoter accepts no liability for damage to computers resulting from any attempt to access either facebook.com/BuenoUK or www.buenofashion.com or participate in the Promotion.
37. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has or has attempted to gain an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or otherwise engaged in suspected fraudulent activity. Deliberate attempts to enter the same code more than once or the use of promotional codes not intended for use in the Promotion are an infringement of these terms and conditions and entrants will be disqualified from the whole Promotion.
38. By entering the Promotion an entrant acknowledges that they will be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or image, statements made by the entrant concerning the Promotion and/or prize, and photographs or moving images of the entrant taken as part of the Promotion.

40. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the Promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control and where circumstances make this unavoidable but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to the participant to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
41. By taking part in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted (and will be bound by) these terms and conditions.
