Syncing RSS feeds between several machines

Hi all,
I feel pretty uninformed in this area, so maybe I'm going about things in all the wrong ways. But advice is very much appreciated.
Currently I use Windows Live Mail for viewing RSS feeds. I use it for BBC news and also several journals. It works well and I'm happy with it. Particularly important is the fact that it allows feeds to be viewed as web pages rather than just summaries.
The problem is I work between multiple machines and there isn't a way to sync what's been read, what's been saved etc in Windows Live Mail. So unless someone knows how to do this I need an alternative.
I've been looking at online feed readers as this may be the best alternative, so far I've tried Feedreader and Goodnews but neither seems to allow feeds to be viewed as web pages.
Can anyone offer any suggestions or advice?

I use netvibes - http://www.netvibes.com/
It's web-based so what ever device you log in from, it know's what you have read already. There is no mobile app for it, but the website works fine on a mobile browser.0 -

Wow, that's a complicated site. Set it up yesterday and was reasonably happy with it once I worked out how most of it worked. Today though for every feed I'm getting "This website prevents embedding via iframe". Not sure if something is up with the site, or if I'm doing something wrong or what.
I will have a look at feedly too.0 -

I haven't seen the iframe error before though. I'm using it with Chrome.0 -

It's not browser specific, most annoying as it was working really well yesterday.
Feedly doesn't seem to support viewing as web pages unfortunately0 -
What do you mean by that?
I'm not really sure how else to say it. As far as I can see there is no way to view the full article on Feedly. For example with BBC news, you only get the headlines and have to click through to the BBC to view the full article.
Where as ( when it's working) Netvibes has a "View as webpage" option so you can expand each article without opening it in another tab. Which makes flicking through news articles much easier.
I have resolved my Netvibes issues, well sort of, it's to do with the security and mixed content. But I can tell firefox not to be so stupid each time I open the site and it works great.0 -
On the BBC you get more than the headline, you get the first paragraph.
That's simply what the BBC is sending in the RSS. In fact it looks like the BBC sites actively prevent syndicator apps from pulling through the full article content.0 -

Thing is, that is ideal for journals where most of the time you want the title and the abstract and occasionally will read more. It's not much good though if you want to quickly flick through and read most of the stories, like you would with the news. Both Windows Live Mail and netvibes can show the full articles ( with the exception of stuff from Newsbeat which I think I'll survive without)
I'm actually really liking netvibes now I've got it set-up and working how I like, it's an improvement on what I was using before and being able to access it anywhere is awesome. So thank you mr_fishbulb, great recommendation.0
