APCOA pcn POPLA appeal Luton Airport

Hi there, I received a PCN from APCOA back in August for the offence of dropping off on the approaching road and like many others on here I appealed, got the generic rejection letter so sent in an appeal to POPLA using arguments like not a genuine pre- estimate of loss, airport has bylaws so not RK liable, no authority to issue ticket (must provide un-redacted contract), poor signage and contradictory road markings and also that as it's a 'drop off' offence and not a parking one so access to RK details through DVLA is illegal.
APCOA's evidence to POPLA as expected consisted of Beavis' case and a written statement saying the contract exists, which I contested saying there's no attempt to justify any loss and that his case is completely irrelevant as it involved parking for an hour over the limit. I argued the statement should not be used as evidence as it's not the un-redacted contract too.
However a few days ago Beavis lost his Supreme Court case and although all this evidence was submitted before the ruling I was just interested to know how strong my case is still and whether it could legally affect the outcome. Or should I not even worry anyway because I have argued other valid points?
I've looked through the previous threads but was hoping to find some more up to date information on the matter!
