DRO £90 Payment Problem

Hi All
I received my barcode yesterday to enable me to pay my £90 fee to the insolvency service.
I have been to three different Payzone Outlets today and none of them have been able to scan the barcode as they say its to big, has anyone else had this problem.
I'm going to try the Post Office tomorrow and if I don't have any success with them I will have to give Stepchange a call and ask them to issue a new one.

I tell my clients to use the Post Office and none of them has ever had a problem.0
