Parcel2Go stolen item

I had returned a QC20 I bought on Ebay to the seller anneplai2015 in the US via Impact Express on Parcel2Go. I returned the box via the LG Phone repair box to avoid it getting damaged. I had lost the ear buds and accessories, but they don't cost that much.
However, apparently the seller is claiming said she got an empty box!
I contacted PayPal as the seller has appealed the claim and PayPal reassured me that my refund would not be touched and they're working with the seller to see if they could get her refunded as well.
I have contacted the seller anneplai2015 multiple times asking for pictures so I could lodge a claim against Parcel2Go but so far she had responded with rude and sniding remarks. According to PayPal she had a police case report for the claim, which would make an ever stronger claim against Parcel2Go but she's refusing to provide it to me.
So either she's trying to play some game here to keep all the money AND the headphones or Parcel2Go's Impact Express are thieves who open boxes to grab the content. I had to describe the content on the label for custom claim so that might trigger some unscrupulous courier to open it and grab the QC20.

I think it works with parcels but have you got a receipt to prove the weight of the item? If so and if you paid with paypal you might have to go through paypal for a chargeback which I think can happen upto 45 days from purchase (something like that). Might be worth asking on the ebay thread as they should be able to help further as it's a while since I dealt with ebay:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one

It's more likely to be an unscrupulous buyer or seller than it is for a courier to open a package, remove the contents and then reseal it.0

I'm the buyer. Returning it to the seller anneplai2015.dawyldthing wrote: »I think it works with parcels but have you got a receipt to prove the weight of the item? The reason I'm opened the case on PayPal is anneplai2015 (the seller) refuse to take back a faulty headphone. Without receipt from an authorized Bose dealer, I can't claim warranty on the device. The seller denied the return on eBay so I went to PayPal. They granted the request and asked me to send the item back. I did so via Impact Express on Parcel2Go.
PayPal has refunded my money and told me that since I had proven I sent it back via tracked delivery, they will not reverse the charge out of my account. I have a recording for that conversation. So that's good (I think).
A fair warning, if you're buying Bose, make sure to buy from an authorized dealer or you're essentially throwing your money down a drain if something goes wrong. They won't deal with you and require you to pay up if you've bought it from an unauthorized dealer even though the serial number is valid."Character is a journey, not a destination"--Bill Clinton
