M2 Micro vs Pro Duo?

Hi Guys,
At the moment I have a w800i phone which accepts only a Pro Duo, but im wondering would it be better buying the M2 (with a pro duo adaptor - do these exist (from play.com)?).
The reason I ask, is because i may be upgrading my phone in the next 6 months, and am likely to get a sony ericsson.

yeah its a good idea to buy an m2 and an adapter if they exist, cos all the new sony ericsson phones are gonna be taking m2 rather than the previous pro duo0

If you buy one from w2w.com (formally davoom.com) it states in the description that it inlcudes the adapter.Includes Memory Stick PRO Duo adapter for universal compatibility with M2 slots and Memory Stick PRO Duo slots.
