Generating extra cash, any ideas?

OK, so I want to try and generate a bit extra income. I have seen Qmee and Prolific Academic to try and generate a few more pennies, 14p earnt on Qmee (!) within a few minutes of joining, and by tomorrow morning I should have £3.50 earnt on Prolific Academic. I only found out about these two from reading random comments on debt free diaries. My question is, does anyone know of any other sites like this? I am open to all suggestions! If this is on the wrong board, apologies!

  • Have a look in the Make £10 a day thread - there are loads of suggestions in there. I've recently discovered Roamler...
  • we are swaybacks addicts
  • Complete surveys for Nectar points!! These have added a decent chunk to my points this year for Christmas - so far shopping and surveys have netted me 90 quid!! Roll on December - that's Christmas dinner and booze sorted.

  • Have you subscribed to Top Cash Back and/or Quidco? I've made £450 this year by directing all shopping through TCB. My christmas will effectively be 'free' again this year.

I also do Pinecone surveys, £3 a time, they take about 10 minutes. You sign up and wait for them to send you surveys. I've made £45 this year and that's with missing a few deadlines, it started slowly but now I get one weekly so next year's total should be much higher. Redeemable as vouchers or gifts.

  • Thanks everyone, I will be taking a look at all of the suggestions, I am going in to this with the aim of making Christmas 2016 effectively free!!!

Regarding Pinecone surveys, I am on the website, but there is no option to sign up, only login. I have tried looking at the site through IE, Chrome, and my phone, but no different. Am I just being blind, or even worse, dumb?! Any help appreciated!!!

I have signed up for surveys with nectar, thanks for that suggestion. Also, we are on topcashback, we just need to get in the habit of using it every time we buy something online.

  • Sorry folks, it seems Pinecone are not recruiting at the moment.

TCB now lets you register a card and earn cash back everytine you use it in a shop. It seems a good way of earning more but every time I'm tempted there's another cyber hacking somewhere and it makes me nervous about saving the details. :o
