What happens to the court cases

That were stayed pending Beavis? Do they automatically lose now or can they still get heard on other grounds?

bear in mind ther Beavis case stems from around FEB 2013 when POFA applied, so as mentioned earlier its 6 years in total but POFA may not apply in some older cases or where the driver isnt known (or 5 years in Scotland)
