Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has has offered advice or just words of encouragement over the past 3 months.
I received confirmation that my DRO has been accepted this morning. I thought I would feel much happier than i do, but i feel a bit ashamed if i'm honest now it's all sorted. It's definitely something i never want to go through again so that's a lesson learnt.
I would have been even more of a nervous wreck if i couldn't have come on here and ask probably stupid questions! So again, thank you so much. It really does make a difference

Pleased that it's all gone through. Be kind to yourself - emotions are a strange thing at times. I became debt free yesterday. I thought I'd feel on top of the world but I actually cried for a bit and feel a bit lost with what to do next. Not giving up

Hey,
What your doing is a legally recognised way to settle your outstanding debt.
You should not feel ashamed, everyone makes mistakes in life, those who say they don't, are lying !!!!
It will be a Hugh relief to you, I know it was for me, the key point is to never put yourself in that position again.
I hope all goes well for you, and in 12 months you can start afresh.
